3. How We Use Your Information

We may use collected information to:

  • provide, operate, maintain, and improve our AI voice, SMS, and real estate inquiry services;
  • respond to inquiries, provide requested property information, and coordinate showings or follow-up communication;
  • send SMS messages only where the individual has provided the required consent;
  • maintain records of consent, opt-outs, and communications for compliance and operational purposes;

4. Call Recording and Voice Interactions

We use AI voice assistants to handle calls on behalf of real estate professionals. At the beginning of each interaction, callers may be informed that the call is being recorded or transcribed for quality, training, operational, and service purposes. By continuing the interaction after any required disclosure, the caller acknowledges and agrees to such recording or transcription to the extent permitted by applicable law.

5. SMS Messaging and Consent

We only send SMS messages to individuals who have provided the required consent through a compliant opt-in process. SMS messages may include real estate inquiry follow-up, listing details, appointment scheduling, showing coordination, and related customer support. Message frequency varies based on the user’s inquiry and follow-up needs. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out and HELP for help. Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchase.

6. Sharing of Information

We do not sell, rent, or trade personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may share information only in the following limited circumstances:

  • With the relevant real estate professional or brokerage: so they can respond to the inquiry, provide requested information, or coordinate a showing or follow-up.

7. Mobile Information and SMS Consent Data

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared, sold, rented, or transferred to any third parties except to trusted service providers that help us deliver messaging services and only for those operational purposes. This restriction applies specifically to mobile numbers, SMS opt-in information, and related consent records.
